All customers are charged on the total order of one front design, back prints are extra. If you are ordering all the same style t-shirts please complete the on-line ordering process as detailed below. If you would rather talk to someone please call us on 01274 421825 and we will be happy to process your order over the phone.
STEP 1 Choose the design you like the best and click on the image.
STEP 2 Choose the garment style you require from the drop down menu at the bottom of the page then click next.
STEP 3 Select the colour you require. Fill in the quantity’s of each size you require for a list of the sizes please go to the size/price page. If you require back prints please click the box that describes your requirements. Fill in the “text common to all t-shirts” This is where you but in your personal text change for the front design. Click on add to basket.
STEP 4 Fill in your contact and delivery address details (please note that all delivery’s have to be signed for so there must be somebody available to accept the delivery). In the additional text box please put all your back details if you require them including which name etc goes on which size t-shirt please also add in here the date of your event. At the bottom of the page are your order details please check them carefully if everything is ok click go to checkout.
STEP 5 This is the final page before the secure payment page provided by Barclaycard, again check all your details and if everything ok click on confirm order.
STEP 6 Please fill in all your credit/debit card details on this page. Your order will be confirmed and all the information sent to ourselves. You will be sent an e-mail confirming your order.
MIXING STYLES IN YOUR ORDER
If you have members that require different styles of garments within your total order you will need to telephone us on 01274 421825 to place your order and keep the discount on your total order.

EXTRA DISCOUNT
If you order your stag and hen t-shirts together you will receive the total discount on the total order (minimum order 16 t-shirts) even though they will be of 2 different designs.

DELIVERY
Delivery is normally 7-14 days and is FREE to Mainland UK please see price page for Delivery Charges.

Payment options It could not be easier to make a purchase. Just browse our website, and click on any items that you wish to buy, selecting stlye of t-shirt, colour and size and click add 2 basket . After you have finished your selection, click on "next" and you will be taken to our secure server were your order will be completed. You may also Order by phone 01274 421825. Our Customer Service phone line is open from 10:00 - 17:00 (GMT) Monday to Saturday. Outside of these hours please leave a message and we will call you back. We accept the following Major credit Cards: Delta, Visa, Switch, Mastercard, Solo, Visa Electron and Amex. Should you wish to pay by cheque please make you cheque payable to Deconstructed Chic and send to Unit R5, Enterprise 5, Five Lane Ends, Idle, Bradford, BD10 8EW enclosing details of your order requirements.

Shipping And Handling Please allow a maximum 7 working days for your goods to be delivered, should there be any delay with the expected delivery time we will contact you via e-mail.

£5.00 per item and £1.00 for each additional item (UK Only) This is Royal Mail Special delivery and requires a signature

When you place your order you will receive and email confirming your order details Please include a copy of this showing name address, transaction code and date of order, when returning your product. The product must be returned in its original, condition and must be returned within 14 days of receipt. If the goods are returned as detailed above we will issue a full refund for the price paid for the item, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Please state your reason for returning your item and details of replacement products if required on the reverse of your sales invoice. The product will be your responsibility until it reaches us and you will be responsible for the postage of the return parcel. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a service that insures you for the goods rather than using the standard royal mail service.
